Below are the terms and conditions that are considered as accepted when orders are placed with CaruMaternity.com.

The written and illustrative material on this website is the property or copyright of CaruMaternity or our suppliers and therefore is protected by proprietary rights and laws. Please do not use any part of our website, and the material within, in any way that might harm or hinder our business.

Where possible we list items with a personal description, or note. However we also list all products with the manufacturer’s or supplier’s description and we are in no way responsible for the descriptions and claims made in these and for any slight variations that may occur. Specifically, colours may vary due to the quality of the pictures used and a screen’s resolution.

Product prices (shown in £UK/pounds Sterling) are correct at the time of publishing and will always be updated online before being passed onto current customers; meaning that you will only pay what you are charged at the point of sale. VAT is not, as yet, applicable to CaruMaternity and as soon as it is relevant, prices and the terms & conditions will make this clear.

Once an order is placed and payment has been confirmed, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will then also inform you of the delivery schedule and any further details. If for whatever reason you then wish to cancel your order, you must inform us before the goods have been dispatched, otherwise the returns process should be followed. Payment can only be made online via PayPal or with a debit or credit card. All financial transactions are made through STRIPE secure system provided by HSBC Merchant Services, and we do not have your details.
